- A prior art search for a patent related to a process for
producing a taxane compound.
- Evaluation of the feasibility of importing into the
United States an advanced beta lactam intermediate for use in
the pharmaceutical industry.
- Search for a supplier of a catalog chemical. Although it
was listed in many catalogs, none produced the compound on a
large scale. Eventually found two potential suppliers who
were willing to scale up the process.
